Before you start your exercise session, and before any exercise, you want to do, make sure you are well rested and have a good amount of sleeping time. Try to have at least 7 hours of sleeping time before your exercise, otherwise, you need to avoid having an exercise in tired and sleepy condition. It is the best for you to rest well, and have a good amount of sleeping first before starting your exercise session. Another thing you should do about is your nutrition. It is fine for you to don’t eat before exercise, and you will eat after it, but if you think you are hungry, then don’t go exercise in hungry condition. Take up a little snack that can at least hold your hunger, it will be bad for you to go tiring exercise in hungry condition.

Lastly, hydrate your body well. Water is very important things in our body, and during exercises, we will lose a lot of water. You will need a lot of water in order to replace the lost fluids of your body or you will be hydrated. Prepare your water bottle before go exercising, it will be very important, and refreshing to you.
